WAX DIFFERENCES

-No.003-

Did you know...?

There are different types of candle wax that can be used to make these.

PARAFFIN

Paraffin is one of the most used materials for creating candles, it is very versatile and can be applied in different ways.

It is a solid wax with a melting point between 43 and 65 degrees C

BEES WAX

Beeswax is the most expensive. As its name implies, it is produced naturally by bees. It is acquired in blocks, in tablets or in sheets.

PALM WAX

This wax is made from a natural oil, palm oil. It is mainly used for candles that need firmness.

SOY WAX

A good alternative to artificial wax as well as the high-cost one is this. It is made with 100% soybean oil, although they are sometimes mixed with vegetable oils and other waxes (such as palm wax and beeswax)

This wax is what camellia uses especially for candles.
